As a Welder at Villa Company, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and joining metal components, beams, and pipelines to support the resort's structural framework. You will review blueprints, set up welding equipment, and select the correct welding methods to ensure strong, durable joints that meet safety standards. This role requires executing structural repairs, inspecting welded surfaces for defects, and maintaining strict onsite workshop safety protocols.
