As a Shuttering Carpenter at Villa Company, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and assembling timber or metal frameworks (formwork) used to hold wet concrete in place. You will ensure all wooden molds, shutters, and temporary structures are accurately leveled, anchored, and braced to withstand concrete pressure. This role involves working closely with steel fixers and site supervisors to prepare columns, beams, and foundations according to structural designs.
