As a Painter at Villa Company, you will be responsible for preparing interior and exterior surfaces of the resort buildings by cleaning, scraping, and sanding them before applying paint. You will mix and match colors precisely, use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply various coats, and ensure a smooth, high-quality finish on all walls and ceilings. This role requires following strict safety protocols while working on scaffolding and maintaining clean workspaces to prevent paint spills on resort property.
