As an Excavator Operator at Villa Company, you will be responsible for operating heavy crawler or wheeled excavators to dig trenches, move earth, and clear ground sites for the resort infrastructure. You will follow precise grade plans and supervisor directions to excavate foundations safely without damaging underground utility lines. This role also involves performing routine daily machine inspections, lubricating parts, and ensuring safe operation around other onsite construction crews.
