As a Crane Operator at Villa Company, you will be responsible for operating tower cranes or mobile cranes to lift, move, and position heavy construction materials and equipment safely across the resort site. You will perform daily pre-operational inspections, monitor weight capacities, and follow strict signal and radio communication guidelines from ground rigging crews. This role requires executing precise machine maneuvers, adhering to emergency protocols, and ensuring safe operations under varying weather conditions.
