As an A.C. Technician at Villa Company, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning units and HVAC systems across the resort properties. You will perform routine servicing, check electrical connections, and diagnose mechanical or electronic faults to ensure optimal cooling performance. This role requires charging refrigerants (gas), replacing defective parts, and ensuring all cooling systems operate efficiently under coastal weather conditions.
